TEES Evaluation Process
In some instances the committee may have direct access and will not need to visit your training. This "fast track" option eliminates the necessity of a location visit but may still require a survey of those who have completed the training you have provided.
- A TEES evaluation begins with a self assessment. The self assessment is provided to the education committee who then identifies the most suitable committee candidate or evaluator for the type of educational training to be evaluated.
- An evaluation continues by the evaluator attending / taking the training course as a participant and / or observer.
- The evaluator will compare self assessment goals to the actual learnings as well as evaluate the delivery of content.
- The evaluator may conduct a brief survey with a handful of students.
- Post evaluation continues with a full committee review of the supplied note and review provided and written by the evaluator, this review is provided in written format via email and conference call.
- The committee reviews the written material prior to their conference call review, during the call the finalize any question with the evaluator and make an approved or not approved vote.
- Feedback is given based on the TEES committees broad overview of training programs, educational knowledge and technical background.
- Once approved your organization is entitled to utilize the endorsed by PBMA logo which will be emailed along with all evaluation notes and comments.
- If unapproved you'll be provided with a plan of action, the committee may need to revisit the training or conduct an exit poll of future students.
- The PBMA will publish an annual educational review to the general public as well as host a list of endorsed programs within it's website.
